The ranch is located a short 45 miles north east of Colorado Springs near Highway 24. Colorado Springs offers world class city amenities, restaurants, shopping and the Colorado Springs Airport, which has routes to many major cities. Colorado Springs is the location of the United States Airforce Academy, Peterson and Shriver Space Force Bases and Fort Carson Army Base. To the west is Pikes Peak (Americas mountain) and the Rocky Mountains.
