Sleepy Creek - A & B

Land of this character rarely comes available. If you visit, you will see what we mean. It stands alone. Sleepy Creek borders the east side for over 2,000 feet. Gold Mine Road, named after the numerous gold mines in the area, fronts for over 1,000 feet. The former pastureland has heavy stocking of ~28 year old loblolly pine timber. Massive hardwoods occupy the 20 acres along Sleepy Creek and the two drainages. These drainages have ponds in them, artifacts of livestock use. An old pole barn is available for renovation. We cannot overstate the quality of these 68 acres at the Edgefield and Saluda county line.
