These 69± acres sit in one of the best areas in Central and southern Illinois, with great neighbors that grow some giant deer. There have been multiple bucks passing on the 69± acres from 160-170" in the last few years because the area usually produces multiple 190-200" deer almost every year (text me and I can send you the photos of these bucks). The farm has over 6 acres of food plots and 2 nice box blinds that stay. A nice little pond and a year-round creek provide a great water source, with pear and apple trees planted around the pond. The property has road frontage on the east and south sides for easy access in different wind directions and would also break up into multiple different ways if you wanted to keep half and sell half or smaller lots. The pole barn is perfect for storage or could be turned into a cabin with water and electric close by on the road. With Salem 15 minutes away and Effingham or Mt. Vernon only 30 minutes away, there are lots of restaurants and stores close by. The yellow on the map shows where I would plant switchgrass, and the green shows where the food plots are located. Stand sites are stars on the map.
