75 Acres - Perry Co. - FL Bailey Tract

The FL Bailey Tract is a 75±-acre timber investment and recreational property located in Perry County, approximately 12 miles south of Centreville and just off Highway 219. The property's timber was harvested approximately six years ago and is now naturally regenerating, offering an opportunity for future timber growth and long-term investment potential. Beaverdam Creek runs through the property, adding to its recreational appeal and providing a great water source for wildlife. Portions of the property may be subject to periodic flooding. While the long term timber investment is in play, the short term hunting potential is the current attraction. This area is known for excellent deer hunting, and the property provides the type of cover and habitat that can make an attractive bedding area for whitetails. There is currently no established internal road system, but with minimal effort this could be accomplished and it would greatly increase the accessibility of the property and its recreational potential. Whether you are looking for a long-term timber investment, a hunting property, or a recreational tract, the FL Bailey Tract offers an opportunity worth taking a closer look at.
