LA - West Carroll 76 Acres +/-

This nice farm would make a nice homesite, farm, pasture and nice hunting tract. It has road frontage on Guice Road along with electricity & public water. The back of the field next to Colewa Creek has a small duck pond built to catch water for waterfowl hunting. This tract is not far from Poverty Point Lake and the city of Delhi. Call for an appointment.
