Creek County Ranch

The Creek County Ranch is ideally located just minutes outside of the Tulsa metro area. This ranch is perfect for the weekend getaway or being able to make it to a deer stand after work. Bordering this tract to the west is 12,000+ acres owned by The Nature Conservancy which will help create an incredible large scale sanctuary for wildlife.

LOCATION
The Creek County Ranch is located only 11 miles northwest of Sapulpa and 25 miles from downtown Tulsa.

TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT
This 80-acre tract has topography changes that range from 840-920. A small wet weather creek traverses through the property as well. This small pond could be dug to catch water from the creek. This water along with the oaks would make great habitat for wildlife by providing food, cover, and water.

WILDLIFE
This ranch would be great for white-tailed deer, turkey, and squirrel hunting along with many other species that frequent the property.
