Property Description

WHITE TAIL DEER HUNTING

REMOTE ACCESS PROPERTY

RIVER AND TRAIL ACCESS

UNORGANIZED TOWNSHIP

OFF THE GRID

This is a prime opportunity to buy that deer hunting property you have always wanted.

A secluded property that not many hunters will know about in the UNORGANIZED TOWNSHIP OF NELLES.

River access or ARGO like trail.

The fact that you cannot drive a truck to the property will keep most hunters away from your location.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

This is an 81-acre property that abuts large areas of Crown Land on the South and West property lines.

The SPRUCE ISLANDS NATURE PRESERVE neighbours the property on the North and East property lines.

You can access your property by taking the Kishkakoesis River.

Since you are close to the river, there are wet areas throughout most of the property. But as a hunter will know, this is a good thing.

Set up your tree stands and look for the many trails the deer often use.

You can enjoy good Whitetail Deer Hunting with abundant deer on your own property and the adjacent Crown Lands and know that because of access this would be a low pressure hunting area.
