North Missouri Whitetails

Mega giant bucks alert!! This Grundy County property has produced these giants year after year as shown in the numerous trail camera photos. This 81 acre North Missouri farm is complete with 59 acres of CRP paying $9,863 per year running through 2032. The rolling terrain, wooded draws, and solid stand of CRP are a recipe for some excellent wildlife habitat. The 1/2 acre pond is great for wildlife hydration and offer some nice bass fishing in the summer months. Water and Electric utilities are located in the Southeast corner of the property. Excellent hunting, huge buck, and income makes this a hunter's paradise. Nearly a dozen deer were jumped when photographing the property and deer tracks were running everywhere in the fresh snow.
