Keeping It Simple

Get away from the hustle and bustle of this fast-moving pace in today's world. Once you step inside this beautiful TINY HOME sitting on 84 acres, you will appreciate the craftsmanship of this Amish-built cabin. It has everything to sustain a simple lifestyle. Imagine sitting on the front deck, drinking your morning coffee and watching the wildlife. Sitting back off a dead-end county road offers semi-privacy. In addition to the cabin, there is another 12 x 26 cabin with a covered porch, used as a workshop, a tractor shed, and a pump house for the water supply, plus 2 other wells and 3 storage buildings. There is also a Camper/RV hookup in the yard. As one of the county's highest points, once you reach the top of the property and look back, you will appreciate the beautiful view across West Virginia's ridgetops. As you continue venturing around, you will notice lush meadows, any of which could be used as food plot areas for the deer or livestock if fenced in, and you can explore the rocky cliffs or just sit down, rest, and take it all in. The woods are a mix of hardwoods that provide food for wildlife, and a small pond nearby provides water. And if this isn't enough, there is a whole-house Generac in place to keep the power on if the main grid goes down, powered by FREE GAS APO, which will convey. Surface only; OGM rights are reserved.
