Buck Creek Ranch

Buck Creek Ranch offers a rare opportunity to own a large-scale, drought-tested cattle operation in the heart of northeastern Colorado’s high plains. The ranch spans approximately 3,127± deeded acres across Morgan and Washington Counties, bordered on three sides by an additional 640± acres of state lease land, further extending its grazing capacity.

The ranch has been built for consistency, carrying a stocking rate of about 375 head for the grazing season even through the worst drought the region has seen since the early 1950s.
