LOCATION:
Elm Pass Ranch is centrally nestled between the beautiful and desirable Hill Country towns of Kerrville, Bandera, Comfort, and Boerne, just a short drive from Center Point. It's also only one hour to Fredericksburg and a little over an hour to San Antonio.

TERRAIN:
Elm Pass Ranch showcases long-range views of the natural beauty the Texas Hill Country provides. With elevations ranging from 1560 to 1740 ft, the topography features rolling hills and valleys, a small pasture and mature oak trees scattered throughout the ranch.

IMPROVEMENTS:
The fully furnished 2,400± square foot cabin was recently renovated and features a new roof, soaring cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, new appliances, all furnishings, a full-length covered back deck, and high-speed fiber internet.
