80 Acres In The Ouachita Mountains

Come take a look at this 80 acre piece. It is mostly open with scattered mature trees for shade. It is fenced and cross fenced for livestock and has 4 ponds for livestock rotation. There are 2 20x 40 sheds with concrete floors for supplies and hay storage, a 8x10 portable building that is being used as a office. The land is flat and has an old rock wall that was constructed many years ago. There are many nice building spots amongst the old growth Oak trees. Electric and a good well are in place.
