Agriculture & Water
River Chase Farms offers a substantial agricultural component with 668.42 +/- acres of cropland, all of which are irrigated. Approximately 76% of the cropland has been precision leveled, while the remaining acreage is naturally level with moderate relief. The soils and existing farm infrastructure provide good suitability for traditional Delta crops, including rice and soybeans.
Eight 16-inch turbine diesel wells are located throughout the property, including two on South Farm, three on Headquarters Farm and three on Rosie Farm. Two of the western wells are also used to flood the impounded timber, allowing the agricultural water infrastructure to play an important role in the property’s waterfowl management.

Located within the Mississippi Flyway and positioned along the Cache River, River Chase Farms has an established history as a waterfowl property.
The property’s river-bottom timber benefits from natural flooding, while two established green tree reservoirs provide approximately 58 acres of managed flooded timber. The eastern green tree reservoir encompasses approximately 40 acres, while the western reservoir encompasses approximately 18 acres.
Ownership reports a five-season harvest of 4,650 ducks from the 2020-21 through 2024-25 seasons, averaging approximately 930 ducks per season.

Headquarters Farm is accessed from County Roads 170 and 165. Rosie Farm is accessed from County Road 194, while South Farm has access from Kings Highway/Highway 91.
